The Greek Catholic Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus is one of Sabinov’s important sacred monuments. It is located on Prešovská Street and serves believers of the Byzantine rite.
The beginnings of the Greek Catholic community in Sabinov date back to the 18th century. Its own church was consecrated in 1904 and the parish continued to develop afterwards.
